Operation of the Picture Navigator Updater for Windows(R)
- The Updater has the following features.
It is not necessary to upgrade for those who don't correspond to the following conditions.

(1) It allows the Picture Navigator to be run on the Windows(R) 2000 Professional OS.

* With the Windows(R) 2000 Professional OS, the infrared communication function of the Picture Navigator is not available. Instead, connect the PC and a camera using a cable or by the Windows(R) 2000 Wireless Link feature.

(2) This will solve the problem of system hang-up, which used to occur with certain notebook PCs due to incompatibility with the video chip.
- Operation

(1) Install the Updater in the desired location on the disk and run it.
Follow the screen messages and update will be completed automatically.

* Temporary files and folders are created in the Windows temporary folder and cleared after execution.

(2) Start the Picture Navigator and confirm the application's version number in the Help screen.
2.1.5.x should be displayed. (x is not specified.)

* In case updating fails or the updater causes a problem in other operations, re-install the Picture Navigator and re-run the Updater.
