System command
Power management commands and other are below.
They are used in 11 bytes included ID number of controlled device and check sum data.

command 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th 11th return
NOP 0xff 0xff (ID) 0x7c 0x4e 0x20 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 (sum) #1 *1
Power ON 0xff 0xff (ID) 0x3e 0x40 0x70 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 (sum) #2 *2
Power OFF 0xff 0xff (ID) 0x3e 0x40 0x60 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 (sum) #2 *3
Power mode req. 0xff 0xff (ID) 0x3e 0x4e 0x20 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 (sum) #2 *3

Command
*1: NOP means 'no operation', and it works none at device in fact.
But this command is very useful in various cases.
*2: These command is for management of power control of device.
It may have a little technique to use them with proper output timing or repeating, because of
starting to control or device initializing.
*3: This command is for noticing a state of power supply. (detail is shown #2 below.)

Return data
#1: The return data of this command means almost nothing, but its receiving all 11 bytes is
important.
#2: The return data of these commands are same ones.
It includes an information of the state of power supply of device.
Specifically, the minimum significant bit of 5th data of return data is one as the state of
power is ON, and it is zero as its state is OFF.

More of Power ON command
Some device is got into a power saving state, when you transmit Power ON command to it.
And it occasionally gives no response from the device for transmitting Power ON command.
In this case, you have to transmit the same command again after 80ms or more elapsed.
In other case, right after receiving Power ON command, some device is still in the state of preparation.
So, you had better wait in a few seconds without transmitting the next command.
