VCR command Major VCR command is below. They are used in 11 bytes included ID number of controlled device and check sum data. Parameters that is shown as 'xx' in the table and return data of each command are specified in the explanation under the table.

Parameters (There are not available data in some device.) *1: Set the same data to 6th parameter and 7th as the data of example below for selecting  a record source. 0x10: terestrial broadcast, 0x15: broadcast satellite, 0x3c(0x3d,0x3e): AUX IN *2: Recording speed is set by the paramerer below. 0x20: SP(STD), 0x21: LP(LS2), 0x22: EP(LS3), 0x24: SEP(LS5), 0x26: (LS7), 0x30: (HS) *3: Recording mode is set by the paramerer below. 0x20: normal VHS, 0x21: S-VHS, 0x22: D-VHS   The details of parameters of these commands in some major devices are here .   Return data (Detail is stated in a separate document.) #1: The return data of this command is called as 'Standard VCR return data' that is included informations like a VCR operation mode or tape counter value. #2: The return data of this command includes an information of playback speed of VCR. And this value is available only in playback. #3: The return data of this command includes an information of selection of record  input source.
