Top Management Changes
Victor Company of Japan, Ltd. (JVC) announced the following proposed changes in top management personnel at the board of directors' meeting. These proposed changes are scheduled to be officially approved at the board of directors' meeting directory following the 122nd annual shareholders' meeting in June 28, 2001.
Proposed Changes:
Current Corporate Advisor, Masahiko Terada will assume the role of President.
Current President Takeo Shuzui will assume the role of Senior Corporate Advisor.
