Image Converter does not start...? |
Uninstall Image Converter, and install it again. |
Unexpected black borders appear on the movie. |
Black borders may appear on the movie when the source image size is small and the start rectangle and the end rectangle are different in size.
Image Converter generates the frame-in-between automatically. It fills the lack of image with black when a generated frame laps out of the source image.
To avoid the black borders, expand all the source images to 256x64 (pixels) or larger with the Size box on the "Source image" screen. |
The image created with Image Converter looks different from the one appearing on the screen before saving...? |
Image Converter compresses the data when saving, so that the hue of the created image may look different from the one appearing on the screen before saving. |
The Operation guide is not printed out properly...? |
The Operation guide can be printed out properly with Internet Explorer 6 or later.
Check the version of Internet Explorer on your PC. |

Some avi files cannot be read properly. (The avi file may be read properly by installing the video codec compatible with the file.) |
Cannot load an AVI file...? |

I want to make a movie file which has the same sequence as the original avi file...? |
Select Scroll A->B on Creation mode and resize the selection area as you like before making a movie. |
The imported avi file is not played back at the original speed...? |
With a long-time avi file, playback looks fast-forwarded. A short-time avi file may be played back in slow motion. |
The imported avi file is not played back smoothly...? |
A long time avi file may have been imported. This is not a malfunction. |
The whole preview screen becomes black when making a movie from an avi file...? |
Some avi files cannot be read properly. (The avi file may be read properly by installing the video codec compatible with the file.) |

When making 60-frame movie, the following dialogue appears and cannot save the image:
"The image size is too large to be converted. Delete some frames, then try to save the images." |
Some movies over 56 frames may not be saved with Image Converter. In this case, click "Delete" on the "Preview" section to delete some frames, then try to save again. |

The font size cannot be set smaller than 10 point on Image Converter in order to ensure character legibility. |

You cannot edit texts on the images once saved. Before saving, you can undo the texts. |

Can the files created with this Image Converter (Color ver. 2.0) be used for any JVC Car Audio? |
The version of Image Converter is different according to the display size of JVC Car Audio. The files created with Image Converter Color version 2.0 cannot be used with other versions of Image Converter. |
It takes a long time to import a movie or picture into JVC Car Audio...? |
When the file size is larger, it takes more time to import the file. It may take about 10 minutes to import a file of maximum size. |
The display order of created images in the file list on JVC Car Audio is different from that on SD Memory Card. (SD Memory Card compatible models only) |
Because the display order depends on PC setting, the created images may not be shown in the expected order on JVC Car Audio. |
I want to use the files created with Image Converter for other software or non-JVC Car Audio...? |
You cannot use the files on products other than compatible JVC Car Audio. |
