　日頃は、弊社製品をご愛用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。　

　このたび、弊社Video cameraの一部製品において、搭載している撮像素子（CCD）に品質のばらつきがあったため、使用環境によっては、撮影時に「"レンズキャップ”との表示が現れて映像が出ない」または「画面が乱れる」という症状が発生する可能性があることが判明しました。

　対象の弊社Video cameraに、該当撮像素子（CCD）が原因で上記の症状が発生した場合は、弊社規定の保証期間を延長し、無償にて修理対応をさせていただくことに致しましたのでお知らせ申し上げます。

　お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
