For models that are not sold in the country you are importing, including models for Japan only (VICTOR), repairs may take time or be difficult due to local import regulations regarding importing parts or other unavoidable reasons. There may be cases.

Please be forewarned.

We will only accept warranty repairs if you have a valid official warranty and within the conditions stated in the warranty. Please note that each warranty is invalid in countries other than those to which it applies, so please check in advance.

Warranties for products sold in Japan are valid only within Japan. Repairs carried out overseas are normally (charged).

When taking VICTOR/JVC products overseas, depending on the country, the product may not be usable or may be defective due to differences in power supply voltage or broadcasting system.
Please check the power supply voltage and broadcasting system before going out.

Please note that each overseas JVC service counter will only be able to provide support in the local language.
